2022年3月7日以降、タイのPayPalは送金ができなくなります！
本日（2022年2月5日）付で、ユーザーに送信された英文メールを和訳いたしました。分かりやすくするために、多少の表現を変えた箇所もありますが、意味は変えておりません。何卒ご了承ください。

先日当社（PayPal）はタイでのサービスの再開に関連するPayPalアカウントの今後の変更についてご連絡しました。新しいPayPalタイの立ち上げに関する契約に同意、または必要な書類を提出していただき誠にありがとうございます。新しいサービスの準備に想定以上の時間が必要となったため、これらの変更は計画どおりに進められなくなりました。
残念ながら、当面の間、PayPalアカウントのほとんどの機能を制限する必要があります。
＜今後起きること＞
2022年3月7日以降、PayPalアカウントの機能が制限されます。 PayPalアカウントを使用して送金または送金を受け取ることはできません。
ただし、PayPalアカウントから銀行口座に引き続きお金を引き出すことができます。デビットカードまたはクレジットカードを使用して、ゲストとしてチェックアウト時に引き続き支払いを行うことができます。
＜ユーザーが行う必要があること＞
2022年3月7日まではPayPalアカウントを通常どおり使用できますので、Paypalアカウントに残高がある方は、リンクされた銀行口座に移す、またはショッピング等に使い切ってください。
銀行口座をまだリンクしていない場合は、PayPalの［Webサイト］をご参照ください。
PayPalタイでの新しいサービスの再開の準備ができ次第、再度ご連絡いたします。このニュースが皆様を失望させる可能性があることを理解しており、心からお詫び申し上げます。
私たちはタイの関係当局と緊密に協力して、新しいサービスの再開を加速し、さらなる混乱を最小限に抑えて参ります。

| We recently contacted you about some upcoming changes to your PayPal account, which relate to the relaunch of our services in Thailand. Thank you for accepting the new PayPal Thailand Relaunch Agreements and/or submitting the necessary documents. Those changes will no longer go ahead as planned, as we need more time to prepare our new services. Unfortunately, we will be required to limit most of the functionality in your PayPal account in the meantime. What happens next? From March 7, 2022, the functionality in your PayPal account will be limited. You will not be able to send or receive money using your PayPal account. However, you may continue to withdraw money from your PayPal account to your bank account. You can continue to pay at checkout as a guest using a debit or credit card. What do you need to do? The account limitation will take effect on March 7, 2022. Until then, you may continue to use your PayPal account as normal. You should spend or withdraw any remaining balance to your linked bank account. If you have not linked a bank account yet, you can find a guide on our website. We will contact you again once we are ready to proceed with the relaunch of the new services with PayPal Thailand. We understand that this news may disappoint you, and for this we sincerely apologize. We are working closely with the relevant authorities in Thailand to accelerate our relaunch of the new services and minimize any further disruption.
